Planetside 2 Developer Chat
This is more of a footnote to our history but it is a fun little anecdote to share. The Syndicate maintained a very positive relationship with SOE doing consulting work for them but it was still a pleasant surprise when during an early Planetside 2 Developer chat, Matt Higby was commenting on an idea they were toying with that would let the faction who won a battle trash talk a bit to the other 2 factions for perhaps 10 seconds after the battle was won. Realizing how that could get out of hand quickly, he commented on what he thought would be a good example of appropriate celebration when he said:
