World of Warcraft

The Syndicate plays WoW on Server: Zuljin

All Syndicate members are required to primarily play on our server of choice. Syndicate members may not be a member of ANY other WoW guild on ANY character on ANY server. That creates a conflict of interest that we do not accept. We seek members who are only loyal to us and are looking for long term membership here.

We are entirely focused on the Horde side of the game. We have both a main and an alt guild on the horde side. We do have an alt guild on the alliance side for those members who alts there. We do not, however, recruit for the alliance side or have formal events there. All of our raiding, pvp events, arena teams etc.. are on the Horde side.

Our World of Warcraft Structure
The Syndicate continues its "squad" based structure that has served it well for many years. Dragons is the Guildmaster of the guild and ultimately makes all decisions. The next level in the chain of command is a team of advisers that have each been with The Syndicate many years. They are Grif and Dargus. Below them sit a very skilled team of Squad Leaders each tasked with managing a large, motivate squad in WoW.

Membership into The Syndicate isnt a quick or easy process. We seek only the best people. Once admitted as a recruit, all new members will spend their first weeks in a new member rank. Over time higher ranks are earned and greater responsibilities are given to members.

All members are assigned to a squad. Squads are not viewed as barriers within the guild but rather they server as organizational entities that allow for clear, efficient guild communications. They also provide a clear chain of command and the ability for every member to have an officer that knows them well that they can provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, complaints etc.. directly to and know that officer will bring them to Dragons to be addressed. The squad structure has been used for many many years and serves the guild very well.

Our WoW Squad Names were picked from historic Syndicate squad names. The names chosen have a long and proud tradition in the guild that we carry forward and add to in WoW.

Squad names
 Maelstorm
 Dragon Claw
 Dragon Fire
 Black Dragon
 Dragon Strike
 Black Eagle
 Sunfire

Those squads all have a long, proud and strong Syndicate tradition that we will be growing and adding to in World of Warcraft. We are proud of our years of history and express that in our continuing use of legacy squad names.

End Game & PvP Focus
The Syndicate has a focus on enjoying and defeating the end game of WoW. That end game consists of raiding and battleground pvp content. The Syndicate invests a large amount of effort into raiding, pvping and working our chars to be the best they can be. With that said, we do not lose site of what is truly important in gaming which is to have fun with friends. We hold guild events both for ourselves and for the general public. And when we raid and pvp we do so with an overarching goal to have fun, as a team of friends. While it is a great game, WoW will come and go and The Syndicate will still be here and most of its members will still be members in future games. So while we do play hard... we do raid hard... we do pvp hard.. and we do love to defeat the 'end game' content, we do so without losing site of our core values and focus on friends, team and our online family.

About Our Members
The Syndicate is a guild of mostly adult, mature, dedicated, team focused, friendly gamers. We do not tolerate self centered kiddies or those seeking to benefit at the team's expense. We seek only the best players who share a similar mindset to our own and who are looking for a long term guild to call home. The Syndicate is home to many types of players from die hard PvPers to outstanding PvE players to those who excel in the economic side of WoW. All are important to our success and we are always looking for quality people to join our ranks. Do you think you have what it takes to be a Syndicate member? If so, visit our application page.
